造形作品「棒状体」の紹介

Past art work "Rod body"

 

 

以前作成した造形作品を紹介します。

 

磁石で浮くお箸　浮箸（ふうと）、礼箸（らいと）の初期コンセプトイメージ造形。

 

当初は製品をアルミで作るつもりでしたが、アルミの穴あけ加工や仕上げ加工が難しく、高級木のお箸に漆加工で製品化することにしました。

 

食卓オブジェのシリーズは、この造形作品をひな形にして製品化したものです。

 

この造形作品には著作権が発生していますので、世界に対して著作権を主張できます。

 

この作品のデザイン形状に基づいて作られた製品は、著作物の２次利用品なので、

理論的には全世界でコピーを防ぐことが期待できます。

 

著作物の２次利用品の例としては、例えばアニメキャラクターの雑貨などがあります。

 

Here are some of the sculptures I have created in the past.

Conceptual image modeling of floating chopsticks and polite chopsticks.

Initially, I intended to make these chopsticks out of aluminum, but it was difficult to drill holes and finish process aluminum, so I decided to commercialize them with a lacquer process on high-grade wooden chopsticks. 

 

The series of table objects is a commercialized version of this modeling work as a template.

Since this artwork is copyrighted, I can claim the copyright against the world.

Product based on the design shape of this work is a secondary use of the copyrighted work, theoretically, I can expect the whole world to prevent copying.

Secondary use products of copyrighted works include, for example, sundry goods of cartoon characters.
