ハロウィン・カスタネット2023の作成方法

ハロウィン・カスタネット2023は次のような工程で作成します。

Halloween Castanets 2023 is created by the following process.

１）３D-CADソフトで立体形状をデザインします。

２）CAMソフトで加工用のデータを作成します。

３）データをデジタル彫刻機（CNC）に転送して、削り出し（粗削り）を実施します。

４）最後にサンドペーパーで丁寧に研磨して完成です。

(1) 3D-CAD software is used to design the three-dimensional shape.

(2) CAM software is used to create the data for processing.

(3) The data is transferred to a digital engraving machine (CNC), which performs the shaving (rough cutting).

(4) Finally, the product is carefully polished with sandpaper to complete the process.
